Site has the right to change and shut down parts of the site without notice. However Apuhakucom try to report about modifications in advance and feedback will be taken into account if only possible.

Users give to the site administrator and when necessary to authorities their consent to deal  with data and information within the legislations. Data transfer outside the EU based on  users consent.

The same things are forbidden/advisable both in real life and on the net. Legal age limits and limitation periods are valid also on Apuhakucom. Laws and good practices must be followed when using the site.

Publishing and Copyright terms

Users may not publish any personal information such as addresses and phone numbers. Forbidden under 18 years of age materials are marked separately. People under the age of 18 should not give their personal information. If a user wishes to provide an email address as a contact information, it would be preferable to give one which does not show a name or a job.

1. Apuhakucom has the right not publishing, making additions and / or removals, summarizing the publications and improving language / appearance.

2. When user publishes his (printed or electronic) output, user also grants to Apuhakucom rights to re-use and distribute these materials without any royalties.

3. Apuhakucom is not responsible for the legality of linked publications.

The majority of published videos are embedded from other sites and therefore they are completely legal because the original creators have not forbidden to share their work. These videos have not been downloaded to Apuhakucom and are not stored on the site's server. We recommend embedding from other sites. This allows for users to get more viewers, and possibly more earnings too, e.g. for their Youtube videos.

4. Users can publish their own original works if they own or have obtained copyright rights.

The ownership of copyrights is proved, for example, with watermarks or signatures. Please mention possible material usage restrictions. From Apuhakucom you will find links to free materials. In other cases, mention source(s) you are using in the dedicated place of submission form. You can also link to the entire blog, channel or website when you mention source(s). In this way others can  get new visitors, more views and maybe money too.

Publish same kinds of materials which are generally allowed in social media sites. Try to summarize knowledge to a compact form. Share a bigger set to smaller parts except when you make lists.

5. Spamming is prohibited and may lead to the closing of the account without warning - Regardless who has sent spam.

Please do not write too many or the same messages one after another in the short term in Forum and Chat.

In addition to publications  users are also solely responsible for their commentaries in Portal, Lists, Links, Forum and Chat. In other words users materials are not counted as an editorial material.

6. If the material which is published by users causes Third Party claims to Apuhakucom users have the responsibilty. In these cases the user's material is usually removed without sending notice to him.

7. Link to other websites only for recommendations or educational purposes.

8. Apuhakucom has the right to prevent user from accessing certain services of the site. Repeated violations of rules can lead to complete closing of user account.

Sending warnings is not always possible if the administrator can not wait user's response. Maintenance may need to close user account, even if the problem is not caused by an account holder. After deletion materials can not be returned from the server again. Therefore Apuhakucom recommends that you take backups of your own publications.

Copyright Policy

Apuhakucom’s own materials own and hold the rights to a copyright. If you want to borrow Apuhaku’s or users texts, contact publishers. Users can give voluntarily their contact information: Email. Contacting original authors is also recommended because copied texts can easily be traced online and then it can infringe someone's rights.

In copyright issues, contact the administrator or user if profile has provided email address. Generally it is sufficient to add source(s) or remove the publication.
